What Is The Best Home Workout Plan For Me?
There are lots of different types of athletes out there, each with their own workout and fitness style preferences. To figure out which type of home workout will suit you, it’s helpful to consider your personal goals and needs.
Looking for home exercises to lose weight?
There are plenty of weight-loss focused workouts you can easily perform from home. We recommend choosing a form of cardio, as these workouts are known to burn more fat.

Seeking ways to build muscle and strength?
Sure, you might have a few pieces of equipment at home, but most bodybuilders tend to hit the gym for their heavy lifting. That’s why we recommend that athletes should focus on using routines that utilize their own body weight during their home workout.
Moves to Try: Press-ups, squats, lunge-jumps, or step-ups.
Wanting to increase flexibility and core stability?
The truth is, most workouts that strengthen your core and flexibility have always been possible to do from home. Generally, there isn’t much equipment or space needed for these types of routines— through a yoga mat will be a big plus.
Moves to Try: Planks, crunches, bridges, yoga, or pilates.
