Bodyweight Bootcamp

The main goal of this class is to build both strength, flexibility, and endurance- the perfect combo to get in shape for your recreational activities!  So, what are you in for? A heart-pumping, sweat-dripping workout! The cardio will be long, the drills will be challenging, but each can be scaled back to fit your personal level of fitness.
