Typical gym memberships usually work this way: a person signs up for a membership, the person goes for a while and then gets off track, the company continues to bill that person monthly, and the person continues paying for a membership they are not using. Sadly, some gyms actually bank on this happening- no pun intended. We refer to our relationships with our clients as partnerships because we don’t just expect them to sign up and use the gym without ever getting off track. We plan to be there when the going gets tough, they feel like quitting, or they’ve lost motivation. Our accountability coaches constantly check in to make sure goals are being met, nutrition is on point, and measurements are being taken!

The science and data supporting exercise of all kinds is growing more and more every day.  To cut out the noise as to which organization or which way to get those health benefits, you can follow this simple principal.  Take two identical twins, have them each coached by a different perspective in our facility, and it is almost guaranteed they will end up with the same results, but by traveling a completely different road.  There are some principals of safety and specificity that always apply, but with our veteran coaches, there is no wrong way to train as long there is an openness and commitment to learning!

Although we don’t yet have a pool or sauna, if you’re looking for a similar workout to swimming laps you can find it with our total body, zero impact, rowers and versa climbers.  Based on research, the caloric and metabolic effects from these two machines is greater than that of swimming.  So if you’re wondering how to lose fat, increase mobility, and gain muscle, you can jump into our facility and get it all!
