With a BS and MS in Kinesiology with a Biophysical emphasis from Boise State, Rachelle’s main passion is to use her education and experience to help encourage others to build a healthy lifestyle. Her passion in health and fitness was ignited by growing up with poor eating habits in combination with an extremely active lifestyle, and the desire to increase her athletic performance. Rachelle competed in a variety of sports for 20 years, and ultimately made the jump to perform as a Track & field thrower for Boise State University during her undergraduate career. Although her collegiate career was laced with injuries, she found that her passion was to educate others to avoid injury, as well as helping others develop a healthy lifestyle. Rachelle’s goal as a trainer is to help others find joy in a variety of movements, as well as increasing their overall understanding of what a balanced lifestyle entails.

No matter where you are at in your life, it is important to start with small steps and choices to bettering yourself physically and mentally. There is not one person that has it altogether. We must understand that perfection is not the goal, but that progress instead is what is desirable.
