Chris Williams

Chris has been training for 14 years, and loves every minute of it because he knows he’s improving the lives of those he works with. His focus has been weight loss, strength and conditioning, and bringing his high energy to group classes. He grew up playing all sports but eventually focused on baseball and snowboarding. He played college baseball at Arizona Western College until he unfortunately suffered a shoulder injury. He also excelled at snowboarding and began competing in the sport until yet another injury, but this time he blew out his knees. Chris was raised in a military family with a history of diabetes. Because of watching family members endure this disease, fitness has always remained important to him.
