Bruce Hill

FItness Coach

Bruce Hill’s love for exercise developed early in his childhood through a series of at-home exercise DVDs purchased originally for his mother. From then on, a piece of exercise equipment was at the top of every birthday and Christmas list.

Bruce understands how frustrating and confusing the path to a healthier lifestyle can be. He strives to assist everyone on their journey to good health while navigating them through the fog of confusion that may arise. During his four years at BSU, Bruce mastered musculoskeletal biomechanics, exercise prescription, and adaptations to human performance. He hopes to combine coaching with his newfound knowledge to implement exercise programs that are backed by the latest scientific findings to yield the most significant results.

Bruce specializes in training the general population while adding a flare of hypertrophy training to obtain greater muscle mass. He also is very passionate about correcting postural imbalances through a multidimensional approach that consists of myofascial release, mobility training, and muscle strengthening.
