You'll look and perform like a top athlete by using compound movement patterns like Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Pull-ups and Dips to build Strength and Power. Also, learn how to enjoy cardiovascular conditioning to shed excess fat. Say goodbye to boring cardio sessions that you quit on and don't finish.
2. Keep your workouts short and focused to allow you to stay consistent and make progress even when you're busy with work and family. You'll be done in 1 hour or less so you can get on with life. Your 1 hour workout will include warm-up drills, strength training, and conditioning work.
