What is Group Training at Jack City Fitness?
Our Group Training Model is similar to our Personal Training Model. The groups can range anywhere in size from 2-4 people. This is a great option for someone that wants to receive the benefits of a Personal Training Session but also enjoys working out with others in a small, personal setting.
