Matt has been an athlete his entire life. Initially, football was his focus before ultimately deciding to dedicate all his efforts toward wrestling. He went on to wrestle for Boise State University, where he earned a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Matt is also an amateur mixed martial artist who was forced to stop competing due to a back injury. Overtraining and inefficient movement patterns brought on the injury. This lead Matt to become passionate about teaching others how to move more efficiently through proper posture and movement patterns. He wants to help you be a pain-free mover for life.
